The upper entrance level features a well -equipped open plan kitchen with modern appliances including a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and microwave, granite tops and a breakfast nook with bar stools.
There is a separate open plan dining area with table and chairs and balcony. The middle level provides the ultimate entertainment area with an indoor bar with bar chairs, a pool table, indoor gas braai and large plasma screen with full DSTV and WIFI.
The glass doors open onto a terrace with rim flow pool and outdoor table and chairs. There are four generous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms throughout the villa. The master bedroom features a king size bed, with ample cupboard space and a walk- in closet, an en-suite bathroom and corner bath, shower and toilet.
Both the master bedroom and an additional guest toilet are situated on this level. The lower level features three additional bedrooms with queen size beds, all with ample cupboard space and en-suite bathrooms.
The fourth bedroom is extremely spacious, so 2 additional single beds have been added to create a family suite. There are stairs connecting each level.
