The space

This is an ideal solution for a large group or family. The property consists of two interlinked villas with generous living space and 8 separate lounge areas to ensure everyone can get some quiet time. The home offers 12 bedrooms, 12 ensuite bathrooms, 2 WCs, 2 private pools, 2 rooftop jacuzzis, a private lift and secure parking. Two of the bedrooms form part of 2 independent studios within the property, with their own kitchens and bathrooms. This spectacular, modern property is both spacious and bright.

This stunning villa boasts great entertainment features such as the cleverly designed, wind secluded swimming pools, terraces for outdoor dining, BBQs and 2 rooftop jacuzzis, with their own separate decks for relaxing and two indoor fireplaces. The home also comes with 4 full-time housekeepers, 2 secure integrated garages with room for 4 cars and is serviced by a private lift from the ground to the 3rd floor. There are two ways to enter the house: through the garages or through the front doors.

A water filter has been fitted to all the kitchen taps so you will have safe clean drinking water available always with no requirement to buy bottled water. The bathroom amenities are from the brand O’Naturell, an eco-conscious brand, specialising in producing body care products that are non-toxic and beneficial to your health, whilst being planet friendly. In addition to this, we use only eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning materials and solutions in the house. This helps to protect our beautiful natural environment and the wellbeing of our staff and guests.

We can also arrange an on-site chef service, massages at the villa, tours, transport and babysitting services.

Two double volume studios are located on the first level and have their own kitchens, ensuite bathrooms, large living rooms, lovely double bedrooms on the mezzanine levels, large floor to ceiling windows leading to 2 private sun decks. The studios also enjoy their own separate entrances. These stunning, large studios could be ideal for small families with a baby or couples who would prefer a little more privacy.

The national electricity supply grid in South Africa is currently under strain and, at times, the electricity provider, Eskom, cannot provide sufficient electricity to meet everyone’s needs. In order to manage electricity demand, Eskom imposes power outages, “Load Shedding”, at scheduled time slots (usually 2 hours at a time) in the different areas (zones) of Cape Town, and indeed throughout the whole of South Africa.
Please note, the property is equipped with solar-power, and battery backup systems, which together power the entire house, except for the lift, underground heating, aircon and jacuzzi’s, in times of load shedding., Therefore during load shedding you still have full access to all the amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, lights and wall sockets, coffee machine, cooking facilities, etc.

Whilst the solar panels and power back-up systems are comprehensive, we advise guests to download the load shedding app “Load Shedding Notifier” before arrival, so that guests will know when the property is running on the back-up system. The app is also useful for planning your evening’s entertainment throughout the city, by actively avoiding areas that are experiencing load shedding. We would also recommend that guest manage their energy use efficiently during load shedding times to ensure they don’t run out of power.

24 Geneva Drive has a full time House Manager and AirBnB Host who will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and will be available should you need any assistance during your stay.

The villa also has 4 housekeepers who provide daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard (Monday to Friday 9h30am to 16h00). Weekend cleaning services can be arranged at an additional fee. Pre-booking is required.

We work with a reputable chef company who are able to assist with all your culinary needs. Details are available on request.

Please note there is a late check-in fee for check-ins after 8pm, payable to the property manager.


– Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons on the reservation contract. No loud noise or parties are permitted. Quiet hours is from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

– We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do so we can fix them more efficiently, limiting any costs incurred.

– Parties: Parties are strictly forbidden. Should you wish to request approval to host a lunch or dinner for up to 26 guests (including tenants), we will require you to agree to our conditions. The music will need to be turned down at 10 pm.

– Please ensure that your valuables are safely secured at all times. Safes are provided in the villa.

– Please do not leave children unattended. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool areas. The owners do not accept liability for any incident related to the swimming pools as these areas are not childproof.

– Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Failure to comply may result in charges being incurred by the tenant.
