The space
A dominating view down to the world-famous Camps Bay beach, you’re a pleasant stroll from the water and 40+ restaurants. In summer, it’s hard to find parking closer to the beach than you’ll be living.
Speaking of parking – there’s a 3 car garage, 2 spaces available under the 3 level home stacked above it.
The home is on 3 levels:
A vast master en suite bedroom with expansive balcony and breathtaking views on top
Living area with 3 bedrooms (1 en suite – 2 share the third bathroom) on the centre level – and living/dining area opening onto the wrap-around balcony.
Pool level 1 bedroom opens onto the pool. It shares the 4th bathroom with a kids den (two beds). This bathroom is awaiting renovation soon.
**A bonus (7th) room (not counted in the sleep count) – with one double plus single futon bunk bed and one single bed can sleep an additional few at a push – has an attached old but clean fifth shower and toilet (also not counted into the home’s specs).

We are an oasis of calm – a little piece of the French Riviera – but at a fraction of the price – and with much more diverse culture and ocean life.
Yes… before you have to ask… you can take evening strolls down to the beach or a full moon hike on Lions Head in groups. It’s about being sensible. We have an excellent neighbourhood security group.
After locking up in the evening with the sounds of the surge and wash of the ocean reminding you that you’re on vacation in a very special place there’s time to contemplate your next adventure.
We keep saying it – you’re closer to the beach than most can park.
This is as important in the winter as the summer – there is nothing quite as exhilarating as watching a South-Atlantic storm howling in with gargantuan waves reminding you why this “Cape of Storms” struck terror into the hearts of the most hardened seafarer.
