Crescent Vista
Crescent Vista is a gorgeous four bedroom luxury retreat, spread across three levels with an additional self-contained, two bedroom cottage. The main house enjoys a well-manicured, shaded garden, which leads to the large front door. Entering on the ground floor you will find the Master bedroom immediately to your left.
This spacious guest room has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bath. Concertina glass doors open up onto a spacious patio. To the right of the entrance hall is the first living room, which opens up onto a sheltered, wind free patio boasting four luxurious day beds.
This leads directly to the two bedroom cottage. A central staircase inside the main house leads up to the second and third level, bedrooms and living areas. On the second floor are a further three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms (two en-suite).
The spacious main bedroom on the second floor has a king-sized bed as well as two patios and views of the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower.
The second bedroom, which has a double bed and built-in cupboards, has its own dedicated bathroom (shower only) located directly opposite the bedroom. The third bedroom with a king-size bed opens up onto a spacious balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a bath only.
All four bedrooms have ample cupboard space. On the top floor is an open plan kitchen, scullery, a dining room and a formal lounge with gas fireplace. A gorgeous dining room table with seating for up to 8, overlooks the plunge pool with breathtaking sea and mountain views.
The outdoor deck is furnished with a 12-seater patio table. The Cottage: The separate apartment sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are en suite; the main bedroom comes with a king-size bed and second bedroom with two single beds without views.
The apartment has its own equipped kitchen, lounge with TV and dining area with seating for 6. Silvertree is serviced Monday to Friday by Joyce, the live-in housekeeper.
