This beautiful home sits on a large, private and secluded piece of land, a little piece of heaven amongst a variety of well established trees and pine forests, with the wonderful sound of birdsong all around.  The views to the north, south, east and west offer splendour, mountain and valley, it really is a wonderful part of Hout Bay.

Boulderwood, like its name suggests, has utilised rock in a variety of different places to give diversity to the property and wood in the form of wonderful trees scattered in and around this haven. Its a double story home with large wrap around verandahs upstairs and down, maximising its wonderful location. The accommodation is plenty with the option of five or even seven bedrooms, the perfect place for family gatherings.

Inside is done in style and quality, with the spoilings of both bar and wine cellar. The outside entertainment area is one of my favourites, with comfortable couches,  fireplace,  large table and chairs and a gas barbecue, all leading onto a manicured lawn with a heated swimming pool, soccer net, trampoline and flat ,endless space for the children to play and roam safely. If that is not enough, the sunset views from here are magical.

Boulderwood is unique and special, offering all a hotel stay would, yet in a secluded, private and magical place in the valley of Hout Bay.
