Albert Cottage

A quaint Victorian cottage with plenty of character, this is a charming choice for a peaceful stay in the Mother City. The leafy suburban setting is conveniently located for easy access to the city centre, restaurants and attractions, and the beaches on the Atlantic Seaboard.

The cottage has wooden floors throughout and is beautifully furnished with a sense of light and space throughout. The two bedrooms are either side of the hallway at the front of the cottage, overlooking the shaded porch and verdant garden. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds and one has a fireplace to make for cosy winter evenings. There is one bathroom and it has both a shower and bath.

Further down the hallway there is a comfortable lounge area with a study opposite it. The study can accommodate two children on a day bed and a bunk bed. The lounge has a TV with satellite channels and a DVD player plus an iPod docking station. . There is also an original fireplace that works well at warming up the cottage when the winter chill is in the air.

Just beyond the lounge is the open-plan kitchen and dining room with seating for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out to a partially covered courtyard. Offering both sunny and shaded settings, this peaceful area is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a lovely barbecue.
