Bedroom 1 has a free standing bath with full length mirror and glass cupboards that hide the separate shower bathroom. The spacious oak floored first floor has Juliet balcony windows on three sides with views of the village and wood paneled courtyard atrium making this a great entertaining space.
A raised bar counter with attached wooden dining table divides the fully fitted luxury kitchen from the living room. This space enjoys a massive L-shaped sofa and wood burning stove. White metal stairs with sliding glass skylight lead you to the wooden roof deck; here the area boasts seating, braai, sink with under-counter fridge and purpose built stainless steel hot tub all with spectacular views of Table Mountain and the city.
