Leading off the dining room is a separate sitting/tv room with double doors opening patio and pool. The room has a three seater sofa and chairs. Scullery which leads to the kitchen, garage and courtyard. The scullery is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

Main bedroom (queen bed) has double doors to the garden and has garden and mountain views. The en suite bathroom/dressing room has a large shower, toilet and basin.
Loft bedroom (double bed) enjoys sea and mountain views. The en suite bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet.
2nd bedroom (two single beds), next to the main bedroom has garden views and full bathroom with bath and shower, basin and toilet
