It has a magnificent open-plan living room, with a vaulted ceiling and several windows from which to enjoy views of the ocean and Lion’s Head.

There are two distinct, relaxing lounge areas, which include a flat-screen satellite TV, and a fully equipped, fitted kitchen with chrome finishes and breakfast bar. Glass doors open fully onto a closed wooden balcony, which has a large dining table and custom louvred shutters which can be fully or partially closed, creating the perfect sheltered environment for long, lazy lunches and suppers. The balcony also houses a plunge pool and a day bed, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views. The bedroom suite is glorious, with a large bedroom opening onto the balcony, excellent built-in storage and a partially open-plan, charming bathroom with egg bath and separate walk-in shower. The apartment also has its own sauna and solar back-up to ensure power at all times. In addition to the exceptional accommodation, it could not be better situated – five minutes’ walk from Camps Bay beach and the myriad popular restaurants, bars, cafes and boutiques in this world-class holiday spot. Perfect on its own, the three-floor property as a whole is ideal for larger friend or family groups.

As this is a residential area, please respect our neighbours and the local community

No loud or reduce all noise after 10pm

Please make sure to lock all doors and set the alarm(s) when leaving the property

No parties or events are allowed or any hiring of equipment to host any function of any sort

No pets or animals are allowed

All aircons / heating units should remain off when a room is unoccupied

Protect outdoor furniture from weather damage and strong wind conditions

Bring scatter cushions/ towels in after using (as they can blow away due to strong winds)

You would be required to sign a rental agreement to accept the house rules once the booking is confirmed

No vaping or smoking inside the house, ashtrays are provided for smoking in designated areas around the property.
