The main bedroom, dressing room and en suite is at the front of the villa enjoying unobstructed ocean and nature reserve views and the 4th outside bedroom is designed as a self contained pied a terre with a kitchenette. . A double garage leads directly into the property through a convenient wine storage. *Please note that the jacuzzi is not functional.

House Rules

As this is a residential area, please respect our neighbours and the local community

No loud or reduce all noise after 10pm

Please make sure to lock all doors and set the alarm(s) when leaving the property

No parties or events are allowed or any hiring of equipment to host any function of any sort

No pets or animals are allowed

All aircons / heating units should remain off when a room is unoccupied

Replace furniture/ braai covers when not in use

Close the sun umbrella when not in use

Protect outdoor furniture from weather damage and strong wind conditions

Bring scatter cushions/ towels in after using (as they can blow away due to strong winds)

You would be required to sign a rental agreement to accept the house rules once the booking is confirmed

No vaping or smoking inside the house, ashtrays are provided for smoking in designated areas around the property.
