All aircons / heating units should remain off when a room is unoccupied
Replace furniture/ braai covers when not in use
Close the sun umbrella when not in use
Protect outdoor furniture from weather damage and strong wind conditions
Bring scatter cushions/ towels in after using (as they can blow away due to strong winds)
You would be required to sign a rental agreement to accept the house rules once the booking is confirmed
No vaping or smoking inside the house, ashtrays are provided for smoking in designated areas around the property.
