The upstairs third bedroom can be converted into two single beds and leads out onto a large outside area, perfect for entertaining and lounging while soaking in great views of the the 12 Apostles. In addition, the apartment building offers amenities such as a communal swimming pool and secure underground parking for one car. You can enjoy your time at the apartment with ease knowing that the apartment block is safe, secure and has access control making it the perfect lock up and go.

As this is a residential area and an apartment block, please respect our neighbours and the local community

No loud or reduce all noise after 10pm

Please make sure to lock all doors when leaving the property

No parties or events are allowed or any hiring of equipment to host any function of any sort

No pets or animals are allowed

All aircons / heating units should remain off when a room is unoccupied

Replace furniture/ braai covers when not in use

Protect outdoor furniture from weather damage and strong wind conditions

You would be required to sign a rental agreement to accept the house rules once the booking is confirmed

No vaping or smoking inside the house, ashtrays are provided for smoking in designated areas around the property.
