This spacious, 3 levelled villa has around 6 reception rooms and can sleep up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The formal lounge opens onto the patio and pool area. There is a separate TV room, study and games room with tennis table.
The large, fully equipped kitchen has glass panels to look at the mountains.
There is a breakfast table and scullery area.
The formal dining room is in a glass conservatory style room with lots of light and views of the mountain and opens to a courtyard with a water feature. It has a 10 seater table and chairs and also an open upstairs area with a day bed.
There is a rooftop patio with expansive views of the sea, and mountains behind the villa.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and direct access to the pool, opening to a wind free patio. It has his and hers bathrooms and dressing areas.
Bedroom 2 has a king size canopy bed with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, glass doors open directly onto the pool area.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
Bedroom 4 has a king size bed and opens onto private terrace with an outside shower.
Bedroom 3 and 4 share a large bathroom containing bath and shower.
There is an additional bathroom and guest toilet in the villa.
Don’t feel like using the stairs? Villa Grande has a lift to take you between floors.
This property collects its own rain water so the pool should always be full and the garden always lush.
The villa is well equipped with outdoor furniture on all the patio and pool areas.
