The dining area is adjacent to both the living area and kitchen and has a modern 6-seater table.

The large open plan kitchen is like a dream kitchen for any home, complete with a separate washing area that has a double basin sink, washing machine, and dishwasher hidden out of sight behind beautifully crafted wooden cupboard doors. It also has a large fridge and very modern cooker with ceramic stone topped kitchen counters.

The master bedroom has a large king size bed with ocean views. It also has air conditioning and a large walk in closet complete with glass door chest drawers and shelves and bathroom en-suite. The bathroom has shower and a separate bath.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. This bedroom has a magnificent view of the ocean from where one can hear the ocean waves crashing, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere as one sleeps. There is also a lovely guest toilet right by the entrance.

The apartment also has a large communal braai area at the basement of the apartment block, complete with a shower room and a lovely garden overlooking the beach with an access gate and stairs that lead right onto the beach.
