Step through the garden gate directly onto the beach, cool off in the private splash pool, rinse away the salt beneath the outdoor shower, or settle into the oversized veranda and enjoy views towards the ocean, Lion’s Head and the Twelve Apostles. Two Simple Sam bicycles are also available, perfect for an early morning ride towards the Camps Bay promenade.
Inside, the atmosphere is light, informal and distinctly coastal. Open-plan living spaces connect naturally with the patios and pool courtyard, creating plenty of room for six guests to spend time together without feeling confined.

Description
Beta Beach Bungalow is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom coastal home accommodating up to six guests across two levels. The layout centres around a bright open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, with doors connecting the interiors to several outdoor spaces and creating an easy flow throughout the property.
The lounge provides comfortable seating for the whole group, together with a Smart TV, DSTV and a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. A generous dining area offers space for shared meals, while the compact kitchen is fitted with Smeg appliances, a gas hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
Two bedrooms are located downstairs. One features a queen-size bed, while the second has two single beds that can be converted into a king on prior request. One bedroom is en-suite and the other uses a separate adjacent bathroom; both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, generous cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower.
Outside, an oversized veranda provides comfortable lounge seating, while the splash pool courtyard includes sun loungers. A second patio offers outdoor dining and a shower, with a private gate leading directly onto the beach. Two bicycles are also provided for guests to use during their stay.
