It’s a spacious 3 bedroom with additional shared walk through area with Futon bed for two young kids.

High up the mountain with views over the ocean and mountains across the bay.On the entrance level, you will find automated double garage with more parking in front of the garages. The next level has an open-plan dining room leading to the fully equipped kitchen. The lounge is spacious and leads to the outside entertainment area and pool with BBQ.

The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is on a separate level where you will also find another lounge/study area leading to an enclosed balcony with Jacuzzi. The study area with Futon is a large space but a walk way to two other bedrooms and bathroom. This is a place for kids who don’t mind sharing.

The main bedroom as a king size bed and a small enclosed balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee The other two bedrooms has Queen size beds. Well behaved pets are allowed by prior arrangement. The Jacuzzi is available on request and at an extra cost.

The house is in an established neigbourhood with large family homes. Close to the golf course beaches and nature. No real public transport. If you need a covered pool then this is not the home for you. Housekeeping is an extra cost.
