The home comprises of 6 large, fully en-suite bedrooms each with double doors that lead onto the terraces or garden; each bathroom has both bath and shower facilities.
High ceilings, sand stone or wooden flooring throughout the downstairs and outside areas, and the upstairs is carpeted wall to wall and with plush Persian rugs. There is a large kitchen with sitting area, with double doors leading onto the formal dining area or to the outside dining area.
There is the formal dining and the lounge area, (120 m2), a separate TV room, an office and a further 3 sitting and dining areas outside on the west, north and east sides of the house, all under terraces, plus a seating and dining area on the upper terrace where in summer the sun sets upon one of the last sunny spots in Constantia Valley due to the “V” in the mountains. The house is fully staffed, with cook, cleaner, gardener/maintenance we can organise trips, restaurants, drives or spas.
