The living areas with TV room are spacious and are open plan flowing onto a very comfortable patio that can be enclosed by sliders which leads onto a lovely sized garden with beautiful mountain views.
The modern, contemporary kitchen is well equipped making it an entertainers and cooks delight. It leads onto a fantastic braai and pizza area that looks onto the pool – it can be enclosed or totally open depending on the wind and weather. Is it also adorned with some loungy chairs. The pool area is fantastic and great for relaxing around on those hot summer days.
This family home has 4 bedrooms of which 2 are en-suite. The main bedroom with endless sea views has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and plenty of cupboard space. The spare bedroom with en-suite shower and queen size bed has mountain views. The 2 children’s bedrooms share a bathroom with bath. Both bedrooms come with 2 single beds each. They can be converted into more adult friendly bedrooms if required.
The house is incredibly secure. It has plenty of parking space in driveway. It comes with a housekeeper Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. The wifi is uncapped and there is DSTV.
