Le Blanc Villa is a spacious five-bedroom family home in Camps Bay, characterised by light-filled interiors, generous entertainment spaces and spectacular sea views from both levels of the property.
The main living level has been designed around relaxed family living and entertaining. An open-plan kitchen with separate scullery and laundry connects with the dining area, where a large table seats ten. From here, the space flows into a formal lounge with an L-shaped sofa and fireplace, while a separate TV lounge provides a more informal place to relax. Stacking doors open the living areas onto the balcony and garden beyond.
Outside, a large swimming pool and generous garden create plenty of space for enjoying Cape Town’s warmer weather. The pool has a safety net, while a jungle gym provides an additional feature for younger guests.
Four air-conditioned bedrooms are positioned on the upper level, together with a comfortable pyjama lounge. The fifth bedroom is separate from the main villa and has its own en-suite bathroom and small kitchenette, making it particularly suitable for a nanny or au pair.
Le Blanc Villa accommodates a maximum of six adults and four children.
