The villa is situated right in the heart of the City Bowl just below the slopes of Table Mountain. It is a few minutes away from trendy Kloof Street on foot, and 5 minutes drive from Camps bay.
It is a 3-bedroom house with all bedrooms being en suite and an extra guest bathroom with shower and toilet. The two upstairs bedrooms have air-con and the room downstairs has a free-standing fan.
The downstairs guest bedroom is smaller than the master and upstairs guest rooms, but is also en suite and has a very comfy bed!
The kitchen leads onto the TV lounge and both open onto a large outside patio with a dining room table and pizza oven. The patio overlooks the garden and swimming pool.
There is a formal dining room off the main lounge although this seldom gets used in the summer months.
The house has a TV, DStv, WiFi, an alarm system connected to armed response, iPod docking station, and washer and dryer. The house has a lovely relaxed feel and is perfect for a summer holiday in the Cape.
