The main living and dining area is generously proportioned for larger groups, with a 12-seater dining table, comfortable couches and additional occasional seating. A separate entertainment area with its own bar and television opens directly onto the pool deck, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.
Outside, the villa is designed for long, relaxed days overlooking the ocean. Guests can cool off in the swimming pool, stretch out on the sun loungers, gather around the firepit or enjoy meals at the 10-seater outdoor dining table. A built-in braai completes the outdoor entertainment space.

Atlantic Horizons is a spacious six-bedroom villa arranged across three levels, with four flights of stairs connecting the different areas of the home.
The main living and dining area is designed to accommodate larger groups comfortably, with a 12-seater dining table, two three-seater couches and four occasional chairs. A separate entertainment room features a bar, television, L-shaped couch and six bar stools, with direct access onto the pool deck.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and ice machine, together with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
All six bedrooms feature king-size beds, air-conditioning, televisions and private en-suite bathrooms. Five bedrooms are sea-facing, while the ground-floor main bedroom enjoys ocean views and an en-suite with both a bath and shower. The bathrooms have an open-plan design.
The outdoor areas include a swimming pool, built-in braai, firepit, sun loungers and a 10-seater dining table.
Extensive backup power keeps the villa’s lights, WiFi, entertainment systems and electrical plugs operating for up to approximately four hours during power failures. The gas stove remains operational independently of the backup system.
Secure parking includes a double garage plus space for two additional vehicles behind the security gate.
