Situated on the first floor, the apartment is decorated in soft blue and neutral tones that complement its seaside surroundings. The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light, with large windows framing views of both the ocean and the Twelve Apostles mountains. Comfortable lounge seating, a television with DSTV and dining for six create an inviting central living space.
The lounge opens directly onto a private balcony shared with the main bedroom, providing an outdoor vantage point from which to enjoy the sea views.
Both bedrooms have queen-size beds and air-conditioning. The main bedroom faces the ocean and has direct balcony access, while the second bedroom looks towards the Twelve Apostles mountains. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and includes WiFi, DSTV and dedicated off-street parking. Daily servicing is provided Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, while linen, towels and concierge service are also included.
