It’s laid back Mediterranean style with all its luxuries, makes this home perfect for a relaxing, fun filled holiday.

This home is spacious and open plan creating fantastic indoor and outdoor living, perfect for entertaining and especially lazing around the pool area.

All bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated with plenty of space as well as access to their own bathrooms.

Downstairs:
Bed 1 downstairs: like main bedroom – very big with full bathroom (double basin, shower, bath, separate toilet), huge flat screen TV, air-con, leads out to pool area with sea views
Bed 2 downstairs: smaller but has bathroom en suite (single basin, bath and toilet), aircon, flat screen TV, leads out to pool area with sea views. This can be a child’s room or we can put a double bed in for adults.
Both downstairs rooms will be cleaned of all toys/ kids stuff, etc
2 guest toilets (1 by pool area/ TV room and 1 by bedrooms)
Huge open plan fully equipped kitchen (with a separate laundry/ scullery)/ dining room/ lounge/ bar all leading out to pool area with built in barbecue and garden area
Separate TV room/ playroom
Pool is solar heated. There is a tennis table
Double garage with off street parking for 4 more cars

Upstairs:

Housekeeper and gardener available Monday -Friday, excluding public holidays
