**There is construction taking place in the apartment until mid November 2025. While we’re not entirely sure what the noise levels will be like, we do know that work is scheduled to happen between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 2:00pm on Fridays. There is no work over the weekends.

If you do find the noise to be disruptive, during your stay, we’re happy to offer a 20% discount for any days you’re inconvenienced. Additionally, if you’re unhappy at any point during your stay, you’re more than welcome to check out early, and we’ll provide a full refund for any nights you haven’t used.**
