This lovely non smoking apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite bedrooms, which has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom 2 single beds. The main bedroom has direct access to the balcony with beautiful sea views. There is also a spacious open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for all your self-catering needs including a Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer, integrated Smec dishwasher and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsules coffee machine for your convenience and enjoyment (Pods available at Checkers, Pick & Pay and Spar stores).

The comfortable lounge leads out onto a patio where guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island, part of Table Mountain and is equipped with a gas braai. Relax around the swimming pool , or take a 30 meter walk across the promenade which are in front of the apartment block to the main beach, a surfer, standup board paddler and kite surfer’s paradise. Surrounded with top restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.

Uncapped fibre WiFi is available throughout the apartment and a full bouquet DSTV Television in the lounge.

A minimum stay of 7 days apply over the peak season.

Additional fees:

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of R495.00

Once off departure cleaning fee: R880.00 per stay

Refundable Damage Deposit: R2,000.00

Any check-ins after 7pm will be subject to a late check in fee of R500.00

Guest Responsibility

The person signing this agreement accepts full responsibility, in their personal capacity, for any losses, damages, or breakages occurring to the apartment or its contents during the stay.

The signing guest agrees to convey these Terms and Conditions to all members of their party and ensure compliance by all guests.

Only persons listed in the booking may occupy the property. The maximum number of guests must not exceed the limit stated in the booking. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Entry may be denied if the person who made the booking and is responsible is not present at check-in.

All guests must have a valid ID or passport available on check-in.
