Set within a peaceful residential pocket of Camps Bay, the property enjoys open views toward the Atlantic Ocean, framed by the dramatic slopes of the Twelve Apostles. Natural textures, soft tones, and thoughtful design elements create a calm, grounded atmosphere throughout.
The Space
The open-plan living and dining areas form the heart of the home, flowing seamlessly onto the garden and pool terrace. Comfortable seating, air-conditioning, and a dining table for six make this a space well suited to both family time and social gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen, with mountain views and modern appliances, connects easily to the living areas, making everyday living effortless.
Upstairs, two bedrooms open onto a shared balcony overlooking the ocean. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed, air-conditioning, and an open-plan en-suite bathroom with a bath, double shower, and double vanity.
