Beautifully furnished with luxurious pieces, the interior is modern and stylish with the colour scheme of grey and blues present throughout the rooms. An entertainers dream, there are a number of living areas both indoors and out where people can gather and relax.

The main lounge has a large L-shaped couch, a TV with satellite channels and doors that open onto the pool terrace. The lounge leads into a formal dining area with seating for 8 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen which is all open plan. There is a second, more informal lounge which is ideal for children, with large couches, a swing chair, board games and a TV and Apple TV.

Outside on the terrace, there is seating for 6 around a large table, where guests can dine while admiring the exceptional views. There is also a swimming pool on the terrace and a garden to the back of the villa.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, en-suite, outdoor access onto the terrace, a walk-in wardrobe and ocean views.

The second, third and fourth bedroom all have King-size beds, a dedicated bathroom and outdoor access onto the garden. The cottage has a Queen-size bed, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom and overlooks the swimming pool.

Situated just 5 minutes from the CBD, the villa is close to many top attractions including the Table Mountain Cableway, V & A Waterfront, Clifton Beach as well as a number of restaurants and shops.
