Charnwood Avenue is a spacious family home set in the Zwaanswyk area of Upper Tokai. It has 3 bedrooms (2 are ensuite), an open plan living area leading to a covered patio where there is a pool and a large garden with trampoline. It is very tranquil and  great for families with kids (we do have a net for the pool if needed).

Living area – open plan lounge kitchen dining with French doors leading to covered patio. Wood burning fire place in the lounge. Flat screen tv above the fireplace.

Bedroom 1 – queen size bed, bay window looking out to garden, French doors opening onto patio, ensuite with bath, toilet, basin

Bedroom 2 – situated next to Bedroom 1, double bed, bay window looking out to garden

Full guest bathroom next to bedroom 2 (bath, shower, toilet, basin)

Bedroom 3 – very large bedroom with 2 single beds, full ensuite bathroom, laundry cupboard also in there with washing machine and tumble dryer, has French doors leading to patio and views across the garden. We do have 2 mattresses as an option to add 2 more children to that room. It also has a tv in the room.

The garden is great for kids. Pool has a net. There is also a swing in the tree and a trampoline.

The carport can fit 2 cars.
