The modern interior has been decorated with a nautical theme, with cool blues and whites used throughout. There are two living areas in the duplex, one which consists of a well-equipped kitchen, dining for two and a TV lounge area, and a second living area with a drinks bar, pool table and a TV lounge.

Outside there is dining for up to 6 guests and a BBQ area for warmer evenings. Both of the bedrooms are lovely and spacious, furnished with Queen-size beds, TV’s and outdoor access.

The main bedroom has ocean views, while the second bedroom opens onto a courtyard. Perfect for a group of friends enjoying a weekend getaway, this lovely duplex offers plenty of space and is conveniently located close to a number of shops and restaurants. The city center is also only a short 15 minute drive.
