Every room in this apartment has sea and mountain views. The views are truly breath taking. There is a balcony with gas Weber for afternoon barbeques. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is spacious and allows one to cook whilst still entertaining due to its central island with bar stools. The dining and lounge area is open plan. One is able to see as far out as Robben Island from here. There are 3 bedrooms which all enjoy sea and mountain views.

There is a guest bathroom with bath and shower. The main bedroom is en suite with bath and shower. The views from the bedrooms are amazing. To the right is the entire Green Point area with golf course and to the left is the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants to choice from along the beachfront. The Mouille Point promenade is excellent for afternoon strolls and there is a large amount of play areas for children. There is secure parking in a garage. There is a communal swimming pool and 24 hour security.
