The double-volume entrance with modern chandelier leads you straight into the open plan living and dining area with a bio fuel fireplace, built in surround sound system (iPod docking station, DVD), airconditioning and underfloor heating. Here you also find the Italian Lube kitchen and hotel style bar perfect for entertaining. This area flows directly out onto the private undercover terrace adjecent to the tropical garden with ample grass area, pool and jacuzzi.

All four air-conditioned bedrooms with extra length king beds have en-suite modern and generous sized bathrooms with walk in showers and underfloor heating. The downstair bedroom leads directly onto the garden. Modern Italian sliding cupboards with plenty storage space are provided in each room. The three upstairs bedrooms lead onto the upper undercover terrace with seating area. The fabulous ensuite master suite (60m2) with study desk and extra single bed has a bath with spectacular mountain views. The entertainment lounge upstairs has a large flat screen television with HD-DVD player.
