The house is fully alarmed and has direct access from a double off-street garage. It is in the heart of Green Point overlooking the Waterfront and yacht basin as well as being in easy walking distance to all the restaurants and coffee shops and is a stone’s throw from the beachfront promenade It is a double storey house with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with the master bedroom en suite and two of the upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned while the third children’s bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The kitchen lounge dining room are open-plan and folding/stacking doors lead out onto a covered verandah. We have lovely sea views from here and there is an 18 seater long table on the upstairs verandah. Downstairs consists of a spacious TV room with folding stacking doors leading onto pool deck and garden. The pool is solar heated as well. The 4th bedroom is en-suite and there is a small kitchen downstairs which is also the utility area.It would suit a family as it has a lovely open-plan relaxed beach house feel.
